We are happy to announce that Seeed is now an official Raspberry Pi reseller.
Raspberry Pi is a powerful credit card-sized computer to learn, prototype, and grow. The Raspberry Pi has been hugely successful since its 2012 launch as a low-cost board aimed at helping teach kids to code, with more than 15 million Pi boards sold. Since then it has been used for many additional purposes from flying drones and automating household appliances to running small web servers.
Now that Seeed is an authorized reseller of the Raspberry Pi Foundation products, we will sell the Raspberry Pi boards, as well as starter kits including everything needed to start experimenting with the Raspberry Pi and many other accessories. We can ship worldwide to the best of our ability and keep a high level of Raspberry Pi stock. We “represent Raspberry Pi products well”.
In addition to being an authorized reseller, Seeed will host documentation for the community. There are many engineers, hobbyists and students in China who have been using the Raspberry Pi for years, but without localization. The first step we will take is to translate and maintain Raspberry Pi Chinese documentation. We are truly excited, and believe it is our duty, to help grow this community in China.
