We are excited to announce the launch of the new Sydney warehouse to serve our lovely users based in Australia.
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your continuous support for Seeed. We are always trying to find ways to improve our customers’ shopping experience in direct response to your feedback. Over the course of ten years, the biggest complaint we hear from customers is that the shipping fees are too expensive, or take too long for the cheaper options. For a long time, we have focused on cutting shipping costs as much as we can, but there is only so much we can do since the shipping fees are determined by the shipping agents. So now, we are trying a different approach by setting up an overseas warehouse in Sydney. We hope this will improve the shopping experience for our Australian users and help resolve this longstanding problem.
How does it compare to the Shenzhen warehouse?
Take the ARDX Arduino Starter Kit for example: by purchasing the kit from the Australian website, you can get it for much cheaper, and in the same amount of time it would take to deliver from Shenzhen to Australia using DHL.

HI, Are your prices on the Australian site in AUD or USD. I cannot tell which currency is being used. It would be useful to have this clearly indicated when looking at the shopping cart.
