60mm square 8*8 LED Matrix - super bright RGB

Flashed Rainbowduino with plasma demo sketches and it doesnt work. The sketch is on the rainbowduino but this matrix just sits there and does nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. What can be done?

Dear Seeed, I bought the 2088RGB and would like to use 74HC595 for some testing, could you provide the connection chart for pins because datasheet provide only schematic connection. In 2088RGB threr are 16 pins top and 16 pins bottom without numeration. Which of them R, which G and which B?
