DFU virtual drive don't work

Just received my DSO Nano v3 and got stuck with a purple signal that does not go away. Looked in the manual, there is none there. How can I get rid of that signal?
I’ve seen also there is a new firmware 4.22, but can’t install it because when I start the device in firmware update mode the DFU drive appears and disappears in Windows, and don’t let me copy anything to it. I’m using Windows 8.1 and tried in a desktop and a laptop, same result.
Is there any driver or something to make this firmware update work?

It did not work for me in windows 8.1, I tried in a windows XP and a windows 7 machine and both worked.

As far as the firmware goes, you can delete that purple trace, but I recommend you put this firmware on your device
