Also, there is an onboard EEPROM for HAT identity and driver probe. Furthermore, there is a headphone jack built-into the HAT and has a 2P connector that provides 12V power output. The HAT has an FPC connector to be used as a microphone extended interface.

Description

ROCK Pi S PoE HAT is a HAT accessory designed for ROCK Pi S. The onboard Ethernet port on the Rock Pi S allows it to be used for IoT applications and you might come across situations where there is no power source with USB Type-C to power your Rock Pi S.

Rock Pi S PoE HAT comes in handy in those types of situations where it enables the Ethernet port to power your Rock Pi S as well. However, the connection should be a Power Over Ethernet-enabled Network where the network needs to have power-sourcing equipment installed.
