In a world where smart devices are rapidly reshaping our lives, the power of TinyML<\/a><\/strong>\u2014Machine Learning on ultra-low-power devices\u2014is emerging as a game-changer. To equip students with the skills to explore this frontier, the MACE IoT Club<\/a><\/strong> hosted an exciting two-day TinyML & IoT workshop<\/strong> as part of its Co-Create Program<\/strong>, held on March 29<\/strong> and April 3, 2025<\/strong>, at Mar Athanasius College of Engineering<\/strong> (MACE)<\/a>, Kerala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Co-Create?

Co-Create<\/strong> is an evening project group initiative<\/strong> by the MACE IoT Club<\/strong>, designed to provide hands-on training in IoT and other emerging technologies<\/strong>. Over a span of 3\u20134 months<\/strong>, students are mentored to build real-world projects, gaining practical experience in domains like embedded systems, automation, and AI. The program empowers participants to go from concept to prototype<\/strong>, with guidance from experienced mentors and access to industry-grade tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hands-on with the Future: TinyML, IoT, and Home Automation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The workshop welcomed 40 enthusiastic students across two batches. Powered by Seeed Studio\u2019s cutting-edge XIAO <\/a>microcontrollers<\/strong> and the user-friendly SenseCraft AI platform<\/a><\/strong>, the sessions offered a dynamic introduction to embedded AI and wireless IoT systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
