\u201cIt\u2019s a great opportunity for both CPC<\/em><\/strong><\/a> and Seeed<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>to work together in the Maker community, bringing innovative products to market\u201d said Chris Rush (Product Manager at CPC) during the Seeed colleague, Jesse\u2019s tour around CPC.<\/p>\n

Established in 1967 as an electronic distributor, CPC joined the Farnell\/Element14 family in 1995 and became part of Premier Farnell in 2000. CPC is the UK\u2019s largest distributor of the Raspberry Pi computer and with access to over 100,000 products it has quickly become a one stop shop for all your maker needs including Raspberry Pi, Arduino, BeagleBone, Spark and now Seeed. With a 250,000sq warehouse located in Preston UK, CPC dispatch up to 20,000 lines each day, with 95% of orders being distributed the same day.<\/p>\n

During the 2-hour tour around CPC, Jesse (Seeed) and CPC members, including Chris Rush, spent time discussing many topics, from the latest products to our industry as a whole. Chris took the opportunity to talk about the new 2015 CPC Catalogue, highlighting the product ranges, including Audio Visual Solutions\u3001ICT and Raspberry Pi\u3001Tools & Maintenance\u3001Scientific & Test Equipment\u3001Lighting, Batteries & Power\u3001Security & CCTV.<\/p>\n

(The picture below is the CPC shop, located next to the 250,000 sq ft warehouse, where customers have access to the 100,000 products and register to be a member of CPC.)<\/em><\/p>\n

During the introduction, Chris showed great interest in many of Seeed\u2019s products and service, such as Grove Photon<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong> As a result and following further communication since the meeting, CPC have ordered a large number of products from Seeed, including GROVE, Shield, LinkIt ONE development board. As Seeed and CPC further strengthen their supplier relationship, Seeed products will feature in future CPC Catalogues online.<\/p>\n
