We get asked this question a lot. In case we didn\u2019t get to explain this in person, here\u2019s the standard answer. At this point, we are opening up the facility for\u00a0prototyping service\u00a0<\/strong>under\u00a0100 units<\/strong>.\u00a0Please send your Gerber, BOM and requirement to\u00a0seeedusb@seeed.cc<\/strong>\u00a0to receive a quote (US order only). With the manufacturing perspective embedded from the very beginning of product development stage, the goal is for scaling up to Shenzhen as seamless as possible.<\/div>\n

3.\u00a0SZ to SF –<\/strong>\u00a0The conversations we are engaged in<\/strong><\/div>\n
We hosted another event on\u00a0Shenzhen\u2019s hardware ecosystem with Terry Cheng\u00a0<\/a>last week. It is really obvious to us that there\u2019s a strong demand for the hardware community to be more connected between SZ and SF\u00a0and that\u2019s exactly what we want to do\u00a0with the US operations. It\u2019s almost weirdly coincidental that\u00a0Maker Faire Shenzhen<\/a>\u00a0(June 19 – 21)\u00a0is right after\u00a0National Week of Making<\/a>\u00a0(June 12 – 18) in the\u00a0US. We will be participating in City Innovation Summit<\/a>\u00a0as we pass across the baton.<\/div>\n

For some of you who will be in SZ during that time, you are in for some cool projects and rad parties\u00a0(we are jealous).
