It has been nearly six months since we have launched our new Fusion, not just new website but also new service. \u00a0We really appreciate our enthusiastic users who have send us tons of great ideas and suggestions.<\/div>\n

Once our products are shipped from the warehouse, we will have tracking number from the Carrier company and we will also notify you through email. However, then it\u00a0 takes 1-5 working days for the package be traceable. Our factory is located in Shenzhen and we need to declare our products at the customs. Tracking number is untraceable before customs clearance is completed.<\/div>\n

A lot of customers want to see the product picture before we ship them from our warehouse. So we decided to take action again. We have upgraded our warehouse\u2019s barcode scanner to make it available to take photo without sacrificing efficiency.\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

From next Monday on April 3rd, the shipping notification email will contain your product picture and you can see your prototype before it really arrives.<\/div>\n
