This is due to a kernel bug which causes USB ports not being supported out of box in the official arm64 image of the Raspberry Pi 4GB RAM version. Ubuntu have identified the bugs and fixes and are currently testing these fixes extensively, so users do not have to worry as updates will most likely come in a few weeks time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is Ubuntu current plan for Raspberry Pi 4: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"737\" height=\"259\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.seeedstudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25929\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.seeedstudio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/9.png 737w, https:\/\/www.seeedstudio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/9-300x105.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 737px) 100vw, 737px\" \/><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntu.com\/\">Ref: Ubuntu<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can users do? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Ubuntu released a temporary solution for users who have a Raspberry Pi 4 GB which enable the USB to work.
