Last week, the Seeed Industrial Application Group had a super busy schedule participating in two trade shows simultaneously. At the China High-tech Expo on Meteorological Modernization 2020<\/a>, we released new IIoT products SenseCAP ONE series<\/a>, industrial-grade compact weather stations for meteorological monitoring. Here at this blog, we’ll update you with the latest news from the 2020 Guangzhou World Agricultural Expo<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 20th ~ 22nd, we exhibited at the 2020 Guangzhou World Agricultural Expo, with Seeed IIoT series products, including SenseCAP LoRaWAN<\/a> sensors and gateways, SenseCAP Sensor Hub 2G\/4G Data Logger<\/a> & Sensors, as well as the newly-released SenseCAP ONE series compact weather stations (see the pictures below). During the exhibition, we met with potential partners from different cities in China, from Thailand, Brazil, and other countries to exchange ideas and explore cooperation. We were happy to receive very positive comments about SenseCAP IIoT products from visitors to the trade show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from showcasing our latest IIoT products, Joey Jiang<\/a>, the General Manager of Seeed Industrial Application Group was invited to give a keynote speech at the forum of this trade show. Joey’s speech “Empowering the Digitization of Agriculture wit IoT Technology” shared about how IoT technologies can help lower the cost, enhance yields, and add values to agriculture, no matter for outdoor farming such as tea cultivation<\/a> or indoor farming such as vertical farming, smart greenhouse<\/a> as well as husbandry such as poultry growing, etc. The speech was followed by heated Q&A sessions, with the audiences asking questions to learn more about the SenseCAP technical specs, user cases, and how they can implement similar solutions on their own agricultural scenarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
