We are excited to announce that the much-awaited Spanish version<\/a> of the Design for Manufacture (DFM) Manual is officially online! We are very grateful to Luc\u00eda Limones P\u00e9rez for translating this version and her contribution to the maker community. Luc\u00eda is not only an electronics enthusiast herself, she also has a diploma in electronics design and IoT principles, and has taken and taught electronic design courses using Altium Designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many have already benefited from the tips and tricks in the DFM manual. As we all know, knowledge and preparation are some of the best tools to avoid costly problems later on. And the earlier problems are resolved, the less detrimental they are later in the manufacturing cycle. The DFM manual covers everything from PCB copper layout strategies to pad design, optimal component layout to assembly considerations with pretty full color diagrams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DFM manual has already been helped makers and engineers worldwide thanks to our good friends. The DFM manual is currently available in English<\/a>, Japanese<\/a>, Russian<\/a>, French<\/a>, Portuguese<\/a> and German<\/a> for free.
