Arduino Mega2560 Rev3
This product is retired, please consider our Seeeduino Mega as your alternative choice.
Seeeduino Mega is derived from Arduino Mega, it combines the advantage of both Arduino Mega and Seeeduino while the price is lower compare to Arduino Mega 2560’s price. So we recommend you to buy Seeeduino Mega instead of Arduino Mega 2560 Please refer to below table for the difference between the 2 Mega.
|Features||Arduino Mega||Seeeduino Mega|
|IO Pin ||54 ||70|
|PWM ||14 ||14|
|Analog Pin ||16 ||16|
|UART || 4 ||4|
|Operating Voltage||5V ||3.3V/5V(Selectable)|
|Other Differences||-||Size 30% smaller|
|Other Differences||-||right angle reset button|
|Other Differences||-||Lower price|
The Arduino Mega 2560 Rev3 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560 (datasheet). It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button.
It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. The Mega is compatible with most shields designed for the Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila.
