SeeedStudio BeagleBone Green Wireless is a joint effort by BeagleBoard.org and Seeed Studio. Based on the open-source hardware design of BeagleBone Black, the newest BBGW has added two Grove connectors, making it easier to connect to the large family of Grove sensors. It is the first Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) board from BeagleBone community.

How can I change the password for the default self-hosted access point? For security reasons, I can't leave it at the factory default.

Thank you! But this will change the password for the user account, not the password for the self-hosted Wi-Fi access point; sorry, that's not quite what I was asking for.

Is there any Industrial compliant version. I though Beaglebone Green was the industrial compliant. However, it certification doesn't show it. Can someone comment on it please?

When i use an external antenna, do i need to desolder the connection to the chip antenna? I cant find any documentation or instructions on this. It still works if i dont desolder, however will this affect the performance?

Hi Benhon, you don't need to desolder the on board antenna. for more detail, please refer to schematic and search ANT key work. thanks.

We flashed the BBGW with the latest Debian image: BBB-blank-debian-9.2-lxqt-armhf-2017-10-29-4gb Now the following are broken: 1. USB ethernet connection 2. Wireless setup with phone Spent much time with these issues, but no go. Please suggest fixes. Thanks!

When I connect a flash drive lsusb does not recognize it, same with a webcam (Debian 8.6 seeedstudio)

Hi Sebastian, i just tested o n my system, it works well with the usb flash drive. you can use lsblk to detect, then sudo mkdir /media/usb, sudo mount /dev/sdXX /media/usb . my version is BeagleBoard.org Debian Image 2017-02-12. thanks.
