What is LinkIt ONE
The LinkIt ONE development board is an open source, high-performance board for prototyping Wearables and IoT devices. It's based on the world's leading SoC for Wearables, MediaTek Aster (MT2502) combined with high-performance Wi-Fi (MT5931) and GPS (MT3332) chipsets to provide you with access to all the features of MediaTek LinkIt. It also provides similar pin-out features to Arduino boards, making it easy for you to connect to various sensors, peripherals, and Arduino shields.
LinkIt ONE is a co-design product by Seeed Studio and MediaTek. It brings together the parties' knowledge in open hardware and industry-leading reference designs for Wearables and IoT devices to create this powerful development board.
LinkIt ONE is built to offer similar pin-out to the popular Arduino boards ,4-pin grove interfaces and peripheral interfaces, making it easy to add sensors, peripherals, and Arduino Shields to LinkIt ONE and create fully featured wearable and IoT device prototypes. Here you can reach some widgets to have a comprehensive understanding of this platform, and we will develop more one after another.
LinkIt ONE is paicked in the protective box, along with a quick start guide, pin-out diagram relevant user mannual and accessories. The box is designed to protect the LinkIt ONE from can prevent the shocks and impact. And for retailer which you may hang on the box in your a physical store, the box may include with a pendant from which it can be hung for display.

Hi We are using this product since a while and it is great , however we have an issue regarding the output pin all of them but for example pin 13 when we make this pin output and digitalwrite HIGH or LOW it always go high then low ! is that a defect ? though it appears in all of my linkitone ! ... thank you alot :)Question by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:30:34

Having a lot of issues with the board hanging up after 1 to 2 days of running. I have a simple code where it texts me the coordinates when I send it a message. It will run good for about 1 to 2 days, then I have to power it off and back on for it to work. Reset button does not help. Seems like a very unstable card. Anyone have experience with this?Question by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:30:15
Hi, there-In general, it is caused by running out of resourcesAnswer by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:30:15

Will be wonder if we can link it to google cloud iot core. Is there hardware capability to handle RS256_X509, TSL to share data with MQTT? What happened with discontinued AWS project? I love this arduino ready board and have used for GPRS with HTTP GET requests very successfully but MQTT it is urgent ( low latency, much lower data flow…). I tried for weeks to adapt the AWS libraries but I gave up. So, can you tell me if there is any work being done to take this big step? Thanks in advanceQuestion by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:29:38

Hi, what firmware comes with the board? Is firmware open source? Assuming we are done with our POC on this board can we use the same firmware in our final product?Question by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:23:27
Hi, friend-you can go to the website##http://labs.mediatek.com/en/platform/linkit-one##for the information about firmware, as my view, it may not open source presently, Regards!Answer by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:23:27
