The Sound sensor module is a simple microphone. Based on the power amplifier LM386 and the electret microphone, it can be used to detect the sound strength of the environment. The value of output can be adjusted by the potentiometer.

I would like to use this to send audio frequencies to an Arduino Uno board for light up the 3 different group of RGB LED. The single Led is on by one frequencies of sound (low, medium or high).

It can detect the sound strength of the environment, but not the audio frequencies. If you wanna use one to judge the level of sound, yes you can.
I would like to use this sensor to detect pure tones and to react Arduino depending of each single pure tone sent. So, can it be used in this way?? Any demo code for this one?
