Version and setup

Personal dashboard workflows for calm ambient information.
  • Device connection: Connect reTerminal Sticky with a USB data cable and use desktop Chrome or Edge.
  • Installation: The package writes the complete TRMNL image prepared for reTerminal Sticky from flash offset 0.
  • TRMNL setup: After installation, follow the device prompts and the official TRMNL documentation to connect the dashboard service.

Step 2

Flash to device

Both modes verify and write the complete firmware package described by the selected manifest. Full flash erase only runs in the erase mode.

First startup may take 2–3 minutes 首次启动可能需要等待 2～3 分钟

After flashing TRMNL firmware, the device performs initial SPIFFS formatting. The screen may remain blank while only logs are shown. This is normal. Keep the device connected and wait patiently for the first screen to appear. 烧录 TRMNL 固件后，设备需要进行 SPIFFS 首次格式化。此时屏幕可能无任何显示，只有日志输出，这是正常现象。请保持设备连接并耐心等候，画面通常会在 2～3 分钟内显示。
