Meet Seeed at Maker Faire Prague
Hey community,
We’re super excited to announce that Seeed will be attending Maker Faire Prague as a sponsor on June 22nd and 23rd. And we would love to see as many of you there as we can, so please be sure to drop by the Seeed Booth (Booth No. 31, Central Hall) and say hi!
Our EU office team will be there with our cool gadgets(stickers, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) leaflets, and a vast array of information to share about Seeed), what we’ve got involved in smart agriculture with our IoT solutions, our Seeed Ranger program and how you can get more involved in our community.
And that’s not all! Here comes the spoiler of some highlights:
Seeed’s IoT Solution for Precision Farming
To serve verticle industries with technologies and solutions emerged from the maker community has been one of our focuses since 2017. SenseCAP is what we’ve been working on to enable farmers to get farming data. It’s an ultra-low power wide area sensor network solution, with API cloud service for agriculture, and industrial environments. And we’ll bring it to Maker Faire Prague. Stay tuned.
Some Cool Demos
We’ll bring along some cool gadgets and demos for you to play with, and here are some featured ones:
1）AI products
Products powered by AI technology will be a spotlight of our booth: the not-easy-to-get Nvidia Jetson Nano, and of course our Grove AI HAT for Edge Computing will be all ready for you to tinker.
2) Grove + WiFi
Apart from our beloved Grove series sensors, we’ll have a special Grove W600 displayed as well, a module can quickly add Wi-Fi connectivity to your Arduino compatible systems over a UART connection. And it could be also used as a Cortex – M3 development board.
Workshops For Future Innovators
We’ll host 2 Magic Sandglass workshops during Maker Faire Prague (one per day). With Micro:bit and some of our Chaihuo Steam accessories prepared, the kids could sign up to get started with electronics & makecode programming.
