Bus Blaster v2 JTAG debugger

Being completely new to this, I'm not sure what to do for cabling. The JTAG headers on the boards seem to come in all sorts of shapes. The one I want to use has a 20 pin male header block, just like the bus blaster, but other boards have much fewer pins. Do you laboriously wire the boards together with individual female breadboard jumpers with the inherent high probability of miswiring, or what do you do ?

Hi, I'm looking for a JTAG to connect to pandaboard for debugging and flashing from Code Composer Studio(DSP). Can Bus blaster v2 serve this purpose? Also Can I flash CoreBSP using Bus blaster v2? I cannot afford the high price JTAGs that are available in the market since it for my hobby project.

Any idea when you might switch to the V3 layout? Though it'd be nice if it were V4 for the extra configurability :-)

Er, whoops. I lied. From what I can see, V3 and V4 are still being prototyped, hence why they are available in the Free PCB bin. I'd imagine that once they're release-ready, they'll be available here on Seeed :)
