Description

The MQ7813 series of modules is designed to be a reliable and efficient power source for small-power applications such as IP cameras, IP phones, industrial sensors, and gatekeepers. It extracts power from a conventional twisted pair Category 5 Ethernet cable and conforms to the IEEE 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) standard.

The signature and control circuit of the module provides the PoE compatibility signature and power classification required by the Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) before providing up to 13W power to the port. The MQ7813 is compatible with Class 0 through Class 3 equipment.

The high-efficiency DC/DC converter operates over a wide input voltage range and provides a regulated low ripple and low-noise output. This power supply features a wide operating voltage range of 40V to 57V, providing flexibility for various applications. It offers dual output current options of 5V at 2A and 12V at 1.1A, making it suitable for different device power requirements.
