The intellegent Matrix is a 8x16 (128) array of smart RGB pixels that can be controlled from a single microcontroller pin!

Expandable -- make larger arrays by stacking multiple boards horizontally or vertically
Control each board with 1 microcontroller pin (series mode, 128 RGB LEDs) OR
Control each board with 8 microcontroller pins (1 byte, Parallel mode, 8 rows of 16 RGB LEDs each)
Expand this configuration for larger matrices. A series matrix will still be controlled with 1 control signal, and a parallel matrix by 8 signals.

I get it to be LED center-LED center 15mm*7 x 15mm*15 = 105x225mm + margins.
If it has half 0.6" margin on each side, it's 120x240mm or 4.8"x9.6".
(When it's written 0.6" I'm never sure if they actually mean 15.00mm or 15.24mm...)Answer by: admin on 2018-12-18 02:34:18
