Ranger Program Recap: A Season of Global Impact and Growing Connections
By Alison Yang 1 month agoSummer is here—can you believe half the year has already flown by? As we look back on the past five months, we’re filled with pride and gratitude for everything we’ve achieved together with our amazing Seeed Rangers.
There’s been hard work, joy, challenges, and countless memorable moments. And through it all, the global Ranger family has continued to grow and shine. Today, we have 14 active Rangers across the world—including the United States, Latin America, Europe, South Africa, India, Indonesia, and beyond!
These Rangers are truly remarkable, each one brings passion, creativity, and dedication to our community. We’re so proud to have them onboard. 💚
🌍 Ranger Highlights from the Last Season
Over the past season, our incredible Rangers have hosted over 15 events worldwide! From the hands-on IoT workshop in the Medellin community to TinyML sessions at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, Vimalagiri Public School, Universitas Raharja. And the meshtastic workshop at SMK Islamic Village, the energy and excitement have been amazing. Special thanks to our Rangers Hendra Kusumah, Gabriel Alejandro Giraldo Santiago, Abhinav Krishna, Dessap Fomekong Loic Joffree, and Salman Faris
We’ve seen sparks of curiosity and innovation light up, from students just getting started to seasoned software engineers exploring new frontiers. From TinyML and IoT to Meshtastic and the Mission Pack, the fire of learning and creating is spreading far and wide. We’re beyond grateful to our dedicated Rangers for being the torchbearers and igniting inspiration wherever they go.

📺 Live Stream Spotlight
In March, we held a vibrant live stream featuring Rangers Hendra, Salman, and Loic, who’ve been actively leading TinyML workshops in India, Indonesia, and Cameroon.
The stories behind the hands-on with SenseCraft AI are more interesting, not only including how to teach participants to train machine learning models, but also hearing their voice and igniting their insights. Explore how tech can create a real-world impact.
Interactive Signage Contest
As you may know, at the end of March, we launched the Interactive Signage Contest. It is an event that welcomes everyone to showcase the project that could interact with your space, including singing fish, voice guidance wall, emotion reflection device, etc.
Thanks to our Rangers’ support, the campaign reached even more makers with versions in Spanish and Italian!
To show our appreciation, we’re offering special cash and products rewards for Rangers.
What's Next: Expanding the Ranger Program
We’re excited to expand the Ranger Program even further! We’re especially looking to grow in regions like Japan, South Korea, the UAE, and Australia.
Expect more opportunities for:
Hands-on workshops and events
Community collaboration, including tech support or exhibition assistance
An updated global event map so anyone can easily host or join local activities
If you’re passionate about open tech and want to make a difference in your region, we’d love to hear from you!
