Seeed Studio XIAO Gets a Packaging Upgrade: Durable, Reusable, and Tiny!
The new packaging of all XIAO dev boards officially released!
Hey community, here is a piece of exciting news to share! After valuable community feedback requesting more practical packaging for Seeed Studio XIAO Dev Boards, we’re excited to introduce our innovative solution – a completely redesigned packaging system that transforms into a multi-functional solution.
New Official Packaging
We’re proud to announce that all XIAO dev boards (including the Un-Soldered, Pre-Soldered and XIAO Plus) now come in a premium transparent round PV box featuring a convenient knob lid design, and a soft buffer PE foam inside, which we got the inspiration from the portable pill bottles.
Size Options
To accommodate different XIAO development boards and their variants (including pre-soldered versions), we’ve introduced the packaging in three specifications:

Availability
The production line is upgrading packaging, with the switch starting from Next Week. New-packaged XIAO will be delivered then. During the transition, old and new packaging may ship randomly. We are fully aware of the importance of packaging consistency to the user experience, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support.
But one thing we can promiss is that the price will remain unchanged!
While this new packaging is optimized for individual and small-quantity purchases, we understand the needs of our industrial customers. For bulk orders of XIAO boards, our team is developing a professional tape-and-reel packaging solution to enhance production efficiency. We’ll share more details about this industrial packaging option in the near future.
