Description
The AMB82-MINI development board is adopting Realtek RTL8735BDM SoC. RTL8735BDM is a highly integrated low-power 802.11 a/b/g/n WLAN and Bluetooth camera SoC, it combines arm® v8M MCU(500MHz and 2.23 DMIPS/MHz), DualBand Wi-Fi, Bluetooth BLE5, audio codec, ISP and H264/H265 encoder, DDR2 128MB memory, and neural network intelligent engine in a single chip. It also provides useful high-speed connectivity interfaces, such as a USB 2.0 host, USB 2.0 device, SD host, and a bunch of configurable GPIOs which are configured as digital peripherals for different applications and control usage.
Thanks to the RTL8735BDM single chip, the AMB82-MINI development board is suitable for battery-powered appliances or AI network camera applications, with no worry about power consumption and IoT security. Features very fast boot-up in milliseconds and ultra-low power consumption in microampere. Embedded security architecture with trustzone/security mechanism, moreover, dual-band Wi-Fi can provide better wireless performance for high-quality H264/H265 video streaming.
It’s not just for makers to design a wireless network camera, the more ideas can be utilized by RTL8735B internal NN engine to deploy edge AI devices, interesting intelligent equipment, object detection, audio recognition, facial recognition, AI models by Yolov4-Tiny, Tesnsorflow-Lite..etc.

from product detail summaryLooks great!
Does anyone have a link to a 3D Print enclosure for this device.
Would be nice. -
from product detail summaryI bought one of these because most of the ESP32xx flavor boards get too hot to run continuously. In fact have 3 different types of those. When I first setup the AMB82 I was amazed at how easy it was to setup the software in the Arduino IDE. I mean literally in 15min I was up and compiling. Even the compiling of the code was much faster. Then I watched a video comparing it to the ESP32xx flavors. There was no comparison. The AMB82 blows the others out of the water in every area.
