I want to pair this bluetooth shield (with the Arduino Uno) to my Windows 8 Phone for an app to device communication. It will also have an IR circuit connected to it as well. Two questions: is it possible and does this shield adhere to the standard RFC
Hello John. For question one, Yes. For the second question you might need this http://www.seeedstudio.com/wik... . This shield is a a shield which consists of
Hoping by re-posting at the top alerts are sent: My shield doesn't look like the one in the pictures; the board is bigger and squarer. It's labeled"Bluetooth Shield v2.0 06/12/2014". I am using the sample code for"Slave_Recv.ino"from the Github site
That worked! Thanks. It's interesting that it takes AT+ commands, not +STNA, etc.
Ditto. I couldn't get a response with just the"AT"command, so I suspect the serial connection to the shield itself doesn't work.
I got reply from Seeedstudio. It's v 2.0 and it's wiki page is here: http://www.seeedstudio.com/wik... I was able to set the name and PIN using the code from the example
I've paired the Bluetooth Shield with an Arduino Uno and have not been able to check the status (using PIO1) and disconnect (using PIO0) if the status set to connected. Do you have an example sketch?
If anyone has any help it would be appreciated. I would like to be able to send a user command (using the template provided at http://www.seeedstudio.com/for... that c
I tried to use your example with an Arduino UNO and the Bluetooth shield, and everythings work fine! Now I cannot use the Software serial because is used by a GSM shield so to communicate with your Bluetooth module, I need to use the othe
