    Where should I contact If I have a problem with my unit? I connect it to a 36 volts battery pack to monitor the voltage. My mistake is that I remove the probe at the unit while the other end is still connect to the battery. I think the terminal is shorted while I remove it. After that, I notice that It cannot detect the battery voltage again but it is fine if i connect the probe to the other probe which is connected to the signal generator.<br/><br/>

    I hope you found solution by now.&nbsp; If not, it might be the probe itself burned out, so switching probes.&nbsp; Or maybe the 3.5mm jack ground pin has burned out.

    Yes, I able to fix it. But the the signal is not so smooth specially if set the reading to low voltage. I just make a jumper at one of the ground pin. If I'm not mistaken, DSO Nano is an open source right? Do you have a diagram of the board specially on the jack side? I guess I have other ground which is not connected if I compare it at the signal generator. But I'm hesitant to follow like the signal generator coz I'm not sure of the the diagram. I don't want to make other mistake.For now, I already satisfied with the output.

    That is Great news that you fixed it!I don't know how noisy your signal is but ALL hobby pocket scopes on the market have noise especially in 10mV range. So maybe it is normal what you see. There is a custom BenF firmware that smooths out the noise much better then stock firmware. I don't know if your V3 is compatible, if it is, I'd recommend you try BenF it is 10x better then stock. I think DSO Nano HW is open source but SW in the middle somewhere ie no (BenF 3.64 source). In your 1st post link, they provided the schematic. http://www.seeedstudio.com/document/pdf/DSO%20NANO%20V3.0schematic.pdf

    Thank you for the schematic and the firmware you suggested. Will try to update it and see the difference. Yes, maybe its just a normal noise same as if you touch the casing (the noise would be difference). Maybe I will just 3D print a casing for this device to avoid touching the metal casing.

    Hi, My problem become worst. As you suggested, I have to upgrade my firmware. I try to download all the hex and bin files but all files return an .err files instead of .rdy. Now, my unit is not working anymore. All I see is a stripe of black and white lines. I try to follow this forum&nbsp;<a href="http://bz.seeedstudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&amp;t=6942&amp;sid=1dfc1109e98310638baa5d232404bece">http://bz.seeedstudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&amp;t=6942&amp;sid=1dfc1109e98310638baa5d232404bece&nbsp;but still unlucky. What should I do now?

    Now that I know exactly what device you have, I can say this. Few people did get Benf v3.64 to run on that unit but as far as I know the built-in 2GB memory storage will be unusable, UNLESS you do hardware modification by replacing internal memory chip with physical SD Card as seen&nbsp;<a href="http://http://www.minidso.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&amp;tid=636&amp;extra=page%3D1&amp;mobile=2">Sd ModLater today I will provide Benf v3.64 hex that should be flashable on your unit.&nbsp;I was also thinking on getting Benf v3.64 to support built-in storage but it will require time and some effort in patching assembly code but there seems to be not much interest lately in this project.&nbsp;

    Thank you so much for the quick patch. My device is now updated with Benf v3.64. The noise now is almost eliminated.I have a trick for the .err file. If you get an .err file, just copy again the hex file and you will get the .rdy file. I do it many times and the sequence is consistent, the first copy is an .err file then the following copy is the .rdy.My next thing to do now is to familiarize the new menu for the Benf v3.64.

    From what I read, because your device has internal flash memory, you can't use Benf to save buffers or images, or the profiles, any SD card function might freeze up or reboot the device.&nbsp;

    This is a really good scope for the price. It took me a little while to figure it out because the manual isn't all that useful (it does give hints though). It has a ton of features and, once you figure out how to use them, it packs a lot into a littl
