      Description

      Double H driver module uses ST L298N dual full-bridge driver, an integrated monolithic circuit in a 15- lead Multiwatt and PowerSO20 packages. It is a high voltage, high current dual full-bridge driver designed to accept standard TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepping motors. Two enable inputs are provided to enable or disable the device independently of the input signals. The emitters of the  lower transistors of each bridge are connected together and the corresponding external terminal can be used for the connection of an external sensing resistor. An additional supply input is provided so that the logic works at a lower voltage.

      Hi, I want to connect to DC motors with 1.6A stall current each.
      Is this driver capable of manage that amount of current or the 2A limit is for the sum of the 2 motors stall current?.

      Hi

      Can't get it to work with a Netduino.
      I'm using a power supply that outputs 24V DC 5.0A connected to VMS and GND ad the power Led lights fine.

      Settings from Netduino:
      EA to 3.3V
      I2 high
      I1 low

      <p>Ok, I'll try that. In my setup I gave it 3.3V. I'm a newbie so I'm a little confused when I read the speccifications and they say: "Enable signal level: Low -0.3V~1.5V, high: 2.3V~Vss", so anything above 2.3V would be high, have I misunderstood that?</

      If you pull a 'SENSE' jumper off, it stops current.

      Has anyone got an example circuit/code to make use of those pins ? Or maybe for the 'stepping motor' pins ? There is nothing in the docs...

      Can anyone please help me connecting this motor shield to an Ardunino mega?
      I don't find any tutorial, and the datasheet is to dificult for my basic knowledge... :-( I want to use it to run the amazing 4wd plataform... :-)
