Turn a Proven SenseCAP Tracker into Your Own Product

Building a tracking product does not have to begin with developing new hardware from scratch. SenseCAP T1000 is a proven tracker that has already been validated and put into mass production. Through light customization of the software, branding, and delivery details required by your project, it can become a product suited to your own brand, solution delivery, or internal deployment—while reducing repeated development, validation, and delivery preparation.
The proven hardware is ready. Light customization helps make it your product.
🧭 Which SenseCAP Tracker Should You Start With?
The T1000 series supports applications including asset tracking, personnel tracking, logistics, environmental monitoring, and outdoor communication. Each model offers a different combination of connectivity, sensors, and development options.
| Model | Key Characteristics | Projects It May Suit |
| SenseCAP T1000-A | LoRaWAN, with temperature, light, and motion sensors | Asset, personnel, and environmental status tracking |
| SenseCAP T1000-B | LoRaWAN, focused on location tracking without the sensors listed above | Asset location and basic tracking |
| T1000-E (LoRaWAN Version) | LoRaWAN and open-source | IoT projects that require changes to device behavior |
| T1000-E (Meshtastic Version) | Designed for the Meshtastic ecosystem | Outdoor communication, off-grid use, and community projects |
For complete specifications and the latest feature support, refer to the official Wiki. T1000-E is available in separate LoRaWAN and Meshtastic versions, and each version must use its corresponding firmware.
⚙️ Common SenseCAP Tracker Customization Requests
Based on the customization requests received for Tracker projects, firmware or image flashing is the most frequently requested item, followed by branding and packaging adjustments. The table below presents these requests in order of frequency.
| Frequency | Customization Requested for Tracker Projects | Notes |
| Most common | Flash customer firmware or an image | Support is confirmed according to the target model and firmware requirements |
| Common | Laser-engrave or print a logo on the enclosure; replace product, device, or packaging labels | Logo artwork, placement, and production method must be confirmed |
| Some projects | Customize color boxes, paper boxes, or packaging structures | Evaluated according to artwork, materials, and quantity |
| Occasional specialized requests | Add or remove batteries, cables, or small accessories; device assembly or module integration; enclosure, structural, or hardware modifications | Requires a separate feasibility assessment based on the model and project |
For projects involving batch network or backend onboarding, requirements related to device IDs, QR codes, or other parameters can also be submitted for project-specific review. Enclosure color customization is available with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 units.
📦 From Customization Request to Batch Delivery
At least one sample must be produced and validated before batch production. The responsibilities of the customer and Seeed Fusion are divided as follows:
- Submit the customization requirements — Customer: Select the product and customization scope, specify sample and batch quantities, and provide the required files.
- Assess feasibility and provide a quotation — Seeed Fusion: Confirm the supported scope, required files, applicable one-time engineering fee, per-unit fee, lead time, and whether a separate feasibility review is required.
- Confirm the order and complete payment — Customer.
- Produce the sample — Seeed Fusion: Prepare at least one sample before batch production.
- Receive and validate the sample — Customer: Review the physical sample and confirm whether it meets the agreed requirements.
- Proceed with batch production — Seeed Fusion: Batch production begins after sample approval.
- Receive the final order — Customer.
When submitting an inquiry, providing the model, quantity, deployment region, network environment, and relevant customization files and requirements will help the team assess feasibility and prepare a quotation more efficiently.
