These panels generally come in good shape. About 1 in 100 we find a panel the positive and negative leads in the connector have been reversed. They hold up fairly well exposed to the sun and elements 24/7/365. They develop internal bubbles in very hot conditions, such as testing inside in a lab under incandescent lamps. In hot dry desert locations they will also develop internal bubbles. We have not seen a performance degradation from this.
