    Description

    This is a multifunctional Arduino/Seeeduino/Arduino Mega compatible resistive touch screen. It can be used as display device or sketch pad.Compared with the previous version, 2.8’’TFT Touch Shield V1.0, we replaced the screen driver with a more professional chip, ILI9341 driver, providing different pin-saving SPI communication without sacrificing the data transmitting speed. Due to the communication method change, programs developed for the original version need modifications before being transplanted to the new version. With a SD card module integrated also on this shield, this shield reserves great room for other expansions to your project.

    Ron, I read your question, then 10 minutes later I was kickin' around Github downloading libraries for this TFT screen and came across a possible solution for you.     Hi, Is this currently still the case in the library? Which fixed orientation is it that the text is displayed , portrait or landscape?

    Hi, is it correct that the '2.8"TFT Touch Shield V2.0' is using the following pins of the Arduino Uno r3 or are there any more (like ICSP) pins used? Pins: D4, D5, D6, D7, D10, D11, D12, D13, A0, A1, A2 and A3. Kind regards, Johannes...

    Hi,Johannes Glaser,Pins are using:D0,D1,Pins Used for TFT Screen Control(D4,D5,D6,D7),Pins Used for SPI Interface(D10,D11,D12,D13).Pins Used for Touch Function(A0,A1,A2,A3).----D2,D3,D8,D9 are free.with a happy day~
