Description

Grove - Temperature Sensor uses a thermistor to measure ambient temperature. The resistance of thermistor changes based on ambient temperature. This resistance value alters the output of a voltage divider which is measured by an analog input pin and converted to a temperature value. The operating range is -40 to 125°C , with an accuracy of 1.5°C .

    Hi .. I am unable to read from the grove temperature via an I2C pin on arduino board. Are there any specifications that illustrate the process or at least the addresses that I should interface with?<br/><br/>

    Thanks for your reply. I am intergating the sensor with a new developed board the contains SPI, I2C,I2S,PWM,GOIP,UART interfaces. These are the only allowed pins. Can I integrate the grove sensor with any of these interfaces?

    That depends on the type of the Grove, there are analog type, I2C type, UART type as well as digital I/O type. More details please refer to http://wiki.seeed.cc/Grove_System/Thanks.

    When using the temperature sensor with the Grove IoT Commercial Developer Kit, room temperature Celcius is 50. Farenheit is 120. The raw value is 757 (varies). These are obviously incorrect. I have the temp sensor plugged into A1 and am using Node-Red. I thought it would be seamless using the Intel NUC. What am I missing?<br/><br/>

    I'm looking for the temperature equation for the v1.1 of this. I get that the B value has changed from the sample but the equation on the SeeedStudio github produces clearly absurd results (raw value comes in at around 520-530 for room temperature).<

    Has anyone found the equation for v1.1 as I've tried a few now and nothing comes close! V1.0 worked well so why the change without a suitable working solution?

    v1.0 uses thermistor TTC3A103*39H with B value 3975v1.1 uses thermistor NCP18WF104F03RC with B value 4250v1.2 uses thermistor ??? with B value ???
