Exploration of n8n Function and Integration of IoT

Just right after the euphoria of Maker Faire Shenzhen 2025. I was giving a seminar about the n8n platform. n8n is an automation platform that could any kind of AI model, services, software, or framework in the Internet. My session is focused on how to connect your IoT device using the n8n. By using the Xiao Esp32S3 with grove sht40 sensor I was able to do a demo sending the temperature and humidity data to n8n using webhook. And the data is processed by a gemini llm to extract only the meaningful data.

My objective for this seminar is to give a new insight on how you can easily connect your IoT device to an AI model and get a meaningful use case for it.

Pycon Indonesia 2025

To Wrap up My 2025 Ranger Journey, I am sharing about my keyboard hobby at Pycon ID 2025. My talk is titled “Build the Keyboard You Deserve Using CircuitPython“. The topic is focused on how you can made your own custom keyboard based on your need and its easy configuration using Circuitpython. I got a few feedback after my session and few people got interested to build one their own.
Nearing the end of my session, I spend the time to demo the xiaozhi firmware for the sensecap watcher. The audience is amazed on how responsive the conversation is done.
