The SenseCAP M2 Multi-Platform LoRaWAN® Gateway doesn't support the Helium network. It can not be connected with the SenseCAP Hotspot APP and SenseCAP Dashboard.
The kit boasts the Seeed Studio XIAO S3, a compact yet powerful microcontroller, complemented by the XIAO's Expand board for enhanced capabilities as well as various Grove modules – Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor, Temperature & Humidity Sensor & Grove-Wio-E5 Wirelss module. The data collected by the sensor is transmitted to the SenseCAP M2 Multi-Platform gateway through Wio-E5, and the gateway forwards the data to the cloud.
4 Steps to connect to the cloud and view data
The SenseCAP LoRaWAN Starter Kit provides more than just hardware - it also includes software support for users to explore. Expand with additional groves
Additionally, the kit's UF2 replaceable firmware allows users to experiment and enhance software functionality based on their innovative ideas. from order viewI did a test with the Gateway installed inside the house and it reached aroung 500 m of coverage. The antenna is OK. The messages to the server will loss if the Internet connection is dropped.
