Speaking of Arduino temperature sensors, we tend to think of DS18B20, lm35, and other common temperature sensors. However, the MCP9808 is one of the more accurate/precise temperature sensing options with a wider operating range and precision of +0.0625°C. What's more, this temperature sensor is compatible with Arduino with its I2C communication protocol, making it a perfect choice for your temperature-sensing projects with Arduino!

In addition to high-precision temperature measurements, we also offer programmable temperature alert output. We use a separate pin to output the alarm signal, you will find it so convenient to use this signal as an interruption to control other boards.
