✅Why PCBA Testing Matters

A PCBA can pass assembly inspection and still fail in real-world operation.

AOI and X-ray help detect manufacturing defects such as placement or soldering issues, but they cannot confirm whether the product functions as intended.

Functional, electrical, and reliability testing help verify product functions, electrical performance, and behavior under environmental stress — helping identify issues earlier before assembly, shipping, or deployment.

🔍Testing Services for Your PCBA

Seeed Fusion supports functional, electrical performance, and reliability testing to help validate your PCBA from prototype to production. For complex boards, repeated batch testing, or higher-volume production, a custom test fixture can also be developed to make Functional Test faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.

📌Pricing Note

– Functional Test (FCT) is currently free when ordered together with PCBA production through Seeed Fusion.

– Custom Test Fixture requires engineering evaluation and is charged as a one-time customization fee. We will retain your fixture for 12 months for compatible repeat orders.

– Electrical Performance Test and Reliability Test are quoted after our engineers review your board and testing requirements.
