We prepared a guide introduced switches and buttons for Arduino you can find at Seeed. Please check How to use a switch button with Arduino? – Simple Tutorial to learn more.
We also provide a simple example code for you to get started more easily. Please check our Wiki for more detailed information.
Buttons are important for Arduino interactive projects. Grove - Button is a momentary push button. It contains one independent "momentary on/off" button. “Momentary” means that the button rebounds on its own after it is released. The button outputs a HIGH signal when pressed, and LOW when released. The Sig marked on silk layer stands for a signal while NC stands for not used at all.
Grove connectors also help you paring the button by the way of only plug and play. If you wish to ON/OFF a circuit by pressing a button-down instead of flipping it, the Grove – Button is for you!

What is Grove?
Grove makes it easier to connect, experiment, and simplify the prototyping process. No jumpers or soldering required. We have developed more than 300 Grove modules, covering a wide range of applications that can fulfill a variety of needs. Not only are these open hardware, but we also have open-source software.
We have just released the Grove - Dual Button, it is a button that can control dual-channel signals. Besides, it is also very good-looking, so take a look at it and you will love it!
