Basically, B-Squares is a 3D modular electronics system with an focus on solar power and expandable energy storage. Addition to this emphasis, the design of magnetic contact on each of the corners allows users to quickly assemble various Squares into arrays and then achieve different functions, such as solar-powered lanterns and rechargeable battery sources. More importantly, the designers provide an Arduino-Square unit that includes a 3.3V Arduino Pro microcomputer with easy access to the shield ports. It will definitely make the whole thing more playable and hackable.
For now, dozens of people have backed this project on Kickstarter, and your supports will be surely making the project even closer to actual production.
