Makers Vote for Makers: Interactive Signage Contest 2026 Community Voting Is Open
After months of ideas, prototypes, debugging, building, filming, and probably a few last-minute fixes, the Interactive Signage Contest 2026 has officially reached its first judging stage. 🎉
And before our professional jury steps in, the first decision belongs to the makers themselves.
From AI-powered restaurant experiences and smart menus to interactive displays, e-paper signs, voice interfaces, and some ideas we honestly never expected to see — this year’s submissions show just how far the idea of “signage” can be pushed.
Now it’s time to explore what everyone else has built.
Round 1: Makers Vote for Makers
The first round consists of two parts:
70% — Participant Voting
Every eligible contest participant receives 5 votes to support 5 different projects.
30% — YouTube Likes
Community engagement on each project’s official YouTube video will contribute the remaining 30% of the score.
The combined score will determine the Top 50 projects (please kindly notice that we have China track and international track, each one selects the top 25), which will move forward to the Professional Jury Round.
Voting Rules
- Each participant has 5 votes
- Your votes must go to 5 different projects
- You may vote for your own project
- Each participant may submit their votes once
- Only votes from eligible contest participants will be counted
- Voting closes on September 15, 2026 (UTC+8 18:00)
- YouTube likes will also be recorded when the voting period closes
What Happens Next?
Once voting closes on September 15, we will combine the participant voting score and YouTube engagement score.
The Top 50 projects will then move into the next stage, where they will be reviewed by our professional jury.
From there, the final winners will be selected.
But for now, this round belongs to the community.
