Wio-E5-LE module has a single-core STM32WLE5JC chip, Cortex M4 MCU, and SX126X. It uses 84% less power for transmission compared to the Wio-E5. The ultra-low power consumption of the Wio-E5-LE makes it very energy efficient, this power-saving design makes the Wio-E5-LE well-suited for applications needing minimal power usage.
This ultra-compact module has an extremely low power consumption and is capable of supporting both (G)FSK and Long Range. It support for LoRaWAN® Class A/B/C protocol and a wide frequency plan, including EU868/US915/AU915/AS923/KR920/IN865.
Wio-E5-LE series comes with built-in AT command firmware, easy to operate, novices can easily create prototypes or applications with just a few commands; for experienced developers, customised products can be developed using the SDK.
With this module, you can connect to different LoRaWAN server platforms like TheThingsStack, Chirpstack, and others.

Package
We provide two packaging options for the Wio-E5-LE module, differing mainly in the number of packages. Please choose the version that best aligns with your requirements.
- This one is the bulk version, the modules are packaged individually, and we can deliver any quantity of modules in bulk. Please note that there is a potential moisture risk with this separate packaging option.
- Another version is the Tape Reel version, it is recommended for automated SMT assembly, as it comes in reel form. Please note that if you select the Tape Reel version and quantities less than 1000 pieces will be sent in cut tape form and quantities of 1000 pieces or more will be sent on reels of 1000 pieces, with the remainder sent in tape form.
