In the fast-paced world of 2023, Seeed Studio values the importance of actively listening to our community and continuously improving our products and services. Recently, we received valuable feedback regarding our mmWave radar, specifically regarding the absence of Dupont jumper wires in the package. We heard our customers loud and clear, and we have taken swift action to address their concerns.
Initially,we made the decision to exclude Dupont jumper wires with the mmWave radar, assuming it would benefit mass deployment and integration into consumer-level smart home devices. However, after receiving feedback from developers who are our users, we realized that this approach was not as user-friendly as anticipated. We understood that it could cause inconvenience for developers working with the mmWave radar without the Dupont jumper wire.
We are pleased to announce that we have listened to our customers’ concerns and have made the necessary changes. Going forward, the package of the mmWave radar will include a Dupont jumper wire, eliminating the need for developers to source them separately, saving them time and effort.
In addition to incorporating valuable user feedback, we aim to enrich the user experience by offering a wide range of options. Earlier this year, we introduced the XIAO ESP32S3 Sense, which features an integrated OV2640 camera. Furthermore, we have exciting plans to introduce the OV5640 camera in the near future. This upgraded camera option allows you to select the impressive maximum resolution of qs xga 2560 by 1920, enabling you to optimize your projects and enjoy higher resolution capabilities.
At Seeed Studio, customer feedback is invaluable to us. We understand that our customers’ needs and expectations evolve, and we are committed to adapting and improving our products accordingly. By listening to our customers and taking prompt action, we have enhanced the user experience of our mmWave radar.
